High-Risk Derivatives & Futures Disclosure

Standard Financial Market Disclosure • Effective October 2026

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON HIGH-RISK LEVERAGED DERIVATIVES

Trading cryptocurrency perpetual futures, commodities, currencies, and equities involves a substantial degree of risk and may result in the complete loss of your deposited funds. You should never trade or speculate with capital that you cannot afford to lose.

1. The Effect of "Leverage" or "Gearing"

Transactions in perpetual derivative contracts carry a high degree of risk. The amount of initial margin is small relative to the total contract value, meaning transactions are highly leveraged. A relatively modest market fluctuation will have a proportionately larger impact on the capital you have deposited or will have to deposit. This can work against you as well as for you.

Under extreme market volatility, your position may be liquidated automatically by the exchange matching engine if the market moves against you beyond the maintenance margin threshold.

2. Nature of Algorithmic & Quantitative Signals

Kingsmen Alpha develops mathematical models, Order Flow Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) indicators, Weis Wave volume tools, and 1-Click execution tickets. These analytical outputs represent mathematical interpretations of past and present market data.

  • No automated system, algorithm, or mathematical sieve can guarantee positive performance or eliminate market risk.
  • Simulated, paper, or historical backtested results have inherent limitations and do not account for real-world order execution slippage, exchange matching latency, or unexpected liquidity drying.
  • Market conditions can change rapidly due to macro events, central bank decisions, or unexpected exchange halts.

3. Technical, Latency & Counterparty Risks

Systematic trading involves technological risks including Internet latency, API disconnection from centralized exchanges (such as Binance), order book price feed desynchronization, and server downtime. Kingsmen Alpha does not hold customer funds and assumes no responsibility for orders delayed or rejected by third-party brokerages.

4. Independent Assessment & Capital Preservation

Users are strictly encouraged to adhere to conservative risk management, such as the Kingsmen Dynamic Risk Parity rule (capping downside risk to a fixed, strictly defined dollar or percentage threshold per trade) and never allocating excessive capital to speculative positions. If you are uncertain about trading financial derivatives, seek independent advice from a licensed financial advisor.
