By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Kingsmen Alpha software platform, API endpoints, web dashboards, or analytical telemetry feeds (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue all access and usage of the Service.
2. Software License & Analytics Disclosure (No Financial Advice)
Kingsmen Alpha is a financial technology software provider offering quantitative analytical engines, order flow visualizers, and algorithmic market structure models. Kingsmen Alpha is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor (CTA), or financial planner.
All metrics, including but not limited to Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD), Weis Wave volume, 16-phase quantitative dossiers, and 1-click execution tickets, are generated algorithmically for technological research, data demonstration, and educational purposes only. Nothing contained within the Service constitutes individualized investment advice, financial planning, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities, futures, or foreign exchange contracts.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Whop Integration
Access to premium tiers (such as the VIP Syndicate) is provisioned via subscription. All payments, recurring memberships, and billing management are securely facilitated through our authorized merchant partner, Whop.com.
- Subscription charges are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your plan selection.
- You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time via your Whop customer portal. Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund requests are governed strictly by the Whop subscription purchase terms and our published digital goods policy.
4. Intellectual Property & Algorithmic Ownership
All proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, mathematical formulas, trading scripts, documentation, and the Kingsmen Alpha trademarks and logos are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Kingsmen Alpha. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform for internal and personal use.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, scrape, resell, or white-label any portion of the software, API telemetry, or research dossiers without express prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kingsmen Alpha, its officers, employees, and software architects shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, damages, or financial drawdowns arising from your reliance on market data, API latency, execution slippage, third-party broker outages (including Binance), or investment decisions.
